Overexposure to sunlight and heat (solarium, sun rays, sauna) should be avoided for about three days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exercise should be avoided immediately after the procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regardless of the means used - swelling is a natural reaction of the body to the injection. It is not an indicator of a medical condition and should disappear within a few days. Consultation is advisable if swelling persists for more than 2-3 days and there are concomitant symptoms of inflammation, i.e. significant redness, soreness and increase in temperature of the affected tissues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will achieve the best visual results if you do not delay the \"maintenance\" treatment.
